how to blend the perfect cup

Warm up 250mls of your favourite liquid – raw milk, nut milk, water, etc.
Add the liquid and cacao pod to a blender or pot. Make sure it's warm enough and well blended for the best texture.
Alternatively, you can add the liquid and pod to a pot and whisk, but we find the blender gives a smoother result.
You can also use a Thermomix or Magimix that heats and blends simultaneously.
Ceremonial cacao is much stronger than regular chocolate, and if you're new to it, the taste may be more intense than expected. We recommend starting with half a pod if you're trying it for the first time
